About Custodia

Established February 2026.

Custodia was founded by Anna McKenzie after 25 years working across property and facilities management (FM) recruitment — placing the people who run buildings, portfolios, and estates for some of the sector's largest employers.

Over the last two years, that experience moved in a new direction: from recruiting the people who manage property, to directly managing the assets and inventory inside it. Custodia is the result — a dedicated property asset and inventory service built on the same standards of trust the recruitment side was known for.
